Thanks Vince! How far from the injections were both test done? And you are taking zinc balance twice a day for a total of 30 mgs daily of zinc still correct?

Labs were taken three and a half days after I injected then right before I inject it again. Yes I'm still using the same amount of zinc balance.

I personally just like the higher levels of testosterone, I feel so good, clear mind and strong libido. I'm not having any bad symptoms and I finally have a nice set of biceps.

I've been bringing my dose down for the past few weeks. Was doing 100 mg T cyp Q3.5d with HCG 500 iU as well. Trough day was TT 1050 and fT substantially over the normal mark.... I'm targeting 80mg Q3.5d and changing to SQ versus IM. We'll see. I THINK I feel a bit more mellow....... Not as wound up..... We'll see and I'll post labs in 5-6 wks.

My big goal is to drop the AI (was at 0.5 mg Q3.5d and now at 0.25mg). E2 Sensitive on former dosing regiment was at 28 so I needed the AI on the higher dose.

It's interesting how 1) different guys feel differently on 750-950 versus 1000-1200 and 2) how guys achieve different T levels based on some very different dosing regimens...

Some guys like TT 800 over 1100 and others it's the opposite. Sometimes this is a strong preference... Some guys need 100 mg Q3.5d to achieve 1100 TT whereas others are getting those same levels at rather surprising low doses....

It's so true that taking time to dial yourself in and being willing to "experiment" a bit is necessary to find your sweet spot.

Keep it up guys (pun intended)..... haha

Vince,
How are you able to maintain your E2 levels in the ranges you posted even when you are dosing 80 and 90 mgs of T twice a week?

Estradiol, Sensitive 28.2 pg/mL 8.0 - 35.0
Estradiol, sensitive 27.3 pg/mL 8.0-35.0

Yes, I have no problem retaining my good E2 levels. I've never used an AI.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
