Less than 50 mg of T per week

I am currently testing at 50mg per week, once a week... In my search for better libido and erections... lower seems to work best... I like the once a week enanthate dosing, I don't think long esters should be injected every day, we need that swing to feel optimum I think.... I never felt good on daily or e2d ... even twice a week on such low doses seem to not work as well... the lower the dose I think the lesser the frequency is better... you need your T to tank before getting another shot... I think 5 days would be ideal but who wants to deal with that! ... so 7 days is a good compromise for me. I am on week 5 of 50mg (from 60) and feeling fine wit slightly better libido... Waiting another couple of weeks and will then switch to 60 to see the difference...

Been on TRT for almost 8 years now, always chasing better dosage... (I should say optimizing, I would not go back to pre-trt) ... I'm 68 for reference...

Life is good, T was a life changer for me... happy to experiment...

Understanding Your Hormones
