Is a serm necessary after a HCG only cycle?

Didn't find anything relevant. But I assume you have no idea then?

No it is not. If you wanted to use a SERM or AI for a couple weeks after that is fine but definitely not required. Within a few weeks you should be in decent shape toward recovered LH after stopping hCG.

I'm going to run it soon due to pfs.

But so far I've seen most people advise it not to be necessary even though HCG is mildly suppresive.

Anyway, I do have some nolvadex on hand in case.
