HCG timing

I have read a few threads but nothing that tied it all together for me. I am on .5ml of Test Cyp per week. Currently i have been taking .2ml on Tuesday and .3ml on Friday. I have also been taking 1mg of Anastrozole on Friday as well. My instructions for the HCG said 200iu every other day. Sometimes I feel good, sometimes not. I started changing around my HCG timing. Sometimes I feel great and wake up rock hard, other times no sex drive. I read a study saying inject HCG 250iu 2 days before, 250iu one day before then test the following day. It didn't mention timing of Anastrozole. I would rather not inject test weekly and would like to stay with twice a week. Does anyone have suggestions on timing of 2x per week injection of Test, HCG and when to take Anastrozole?

I would just inject the HCG on the same days that you inject your testosterone. You can even combine them in the same syringe if you choose, as several on the forum do.

Why are you taking such a huge dose (1 mg) of anastrozole? That is likely what is making you feel not so good and effecting your erections. How high is your Estradiol?

I would post your labs, it's pretty hard to comment on things without seeing them.

I agree with those above and will add that this notion of HCG 2 days prior to once a week Test injection is probably 10 years old and is/was known as the Dr Crisler method and he's abandoned that.

You are correct, the article i read was a revised Crisler method. I guess that is pretty old as well. So I should cut the anastrozole in half? When would you take that in relation to the test and HCG? What in particular in my labs would it be helpful if I post?

the unbalanced doses were because one shot carries me 3 days and the other carries me 4 days or at least that is what I was told

So what would be a better protocol to inject HCG ? I currently inject HCG on Thu & Fri, and test on Sat.

There are so many opinions on HCG that there's no right/wrong/better way to do it though as I say it s a very old method so old that Dr C has since moved on to ~100iu daily of HCG.

To add a little on the side of HCG use if you're primary it's more likely that HCG isn't going to have a profound impact on your "numbers", as it were. If the testes are the problem for your low T stimulating those through HCG isn't lilely to give you an appreciable gain. though everyone is different.
