HCG substitute

I am sure this has been discussed a lot but just wanted to get an update on what everyone is using to keep the balls in check since HCG is nearly impossible to get.

Are there sources for HCG still available?

what about gonadorelin? Selegiline? I doc I know claims this boosts test levels by stimulating testies (and it has worked in the past for me)
