I would make one suggestion, which is mentioning the type of carrier oil used. For those of us who have had allergic reactions, that is very important information to have. It would also be great to mention the typical or starting dosages.

E.g.:
Delatestryl - sesame oil
Depo-Testosterone - cottonseed oil + benzol benzoate
