I’m not as familiar with the cream, but most users test around 4 hours after application as that will capture your peak. Also, E2 trails test… so it’s understandable that your E2 ratio could show as higher than you’d like since the test has long since peaked when you did bloods, but since E2 trails it would still be higher due to still converting after the peak of test.
How do you feel on your protocol? Bloods can be valuable, but to some extent are just a snapshot. This is especially true when it comes to cream. If you feel good on your current protocol I wouldn’t worry about it too much.
