Enclomiphene vs Natesto and SHBG

I have high shbg, around 55-60.

When I take Cialis or Sildenafil, I'm usually back to zero libido the morning after, so estradiol is low.

Today I successfully received a script for Natesto, and the doctor noted I should have a thyroid ultrasound done, as he felt something by feeling my neck (reverse t3 is high) but he still recommended taking t4(before he felt something).

I came across a peptide company that sells enclomiphene. Will this be a better option to lower shbg and bump estradiol up a bit?

Only change I noticed on regular clomiphene was depression, higher shbg(not sure if enclomiphene is as drastic). Natesto has a small possibility of interfering with fertility.

I don’t believe any of the peptide sites are selling legit enclomiphene. I’ve looked into it in the past. I’ve also seen bloodwork from some users that look like they were taking an AI, as E2 decreased significantly (not expected on a SERM as far as I know?) So please be careful. A lot of these sites even fake their lab reports.

don’t really have an answer, however I’m interested in your experience with Natesto. I’ve brought it up to my Dr and he’s open to trying it, but haven’t read any user experiences yet.

I have the same concerns over peptide sites. And my current pde5i peptide feels like an AI is in there.

If Natesto doesn't work out, I will ask my doctor to do the enclomiphene through the legit compounding pharmacy that offers it.

Will let you know. I was thinking of getting fresh labs before starting.

I'm paying out of pocket, so that likely helped that he didn't have to push Natesto through insurance. I have a Goodrx card to help with the prescription.

There's some reviews on webmd. Most like it. Usually the only complaint is stuffy nose feeling.
