Does anyone test Free E2 or Free DHT? (+ No Free DHT test on discountedlabs?)

While almost everyone talks about and understands the importance of looking at Free T and not TT to match symptoms with lab numbers, it seems nobody talks about testing Free E2 or/and Free DHT.

I'm thinking of starting to test Free E2 and Free DHT so that I can compare the free version of all 3 hormones and establish better data points as far as associating my symptoms with certain values and ratios of FT:FE2:FDHT.

I found Free E2 on Discountedlabs but not Free DHT. Did I miss it (@Nelson Vergel)? Does anyone test it and know where to get the test?

The spreadsheet discussed in this thread gives estimates for free estradiol and free DHT. Accuracy is uncertain, but if you read the entire thread you'll see that one member has a very good correlation with his measured free estradiol when the standard—non-sensitive—estradiol test is used.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
