because most of the people testing it are coming back with under doses or just straight up testosterone

Current batches contain testosterone, which will produce a significant amount of DHT after application. You may not be able to tell the difference if you are not an experienced user of both topical testosterone and DHT.

Multiple Janoshik tests have confirmed their latest batches do not contain DHT - you'll have search for them yourself if you want to verify.
