Daily cialis or Day of ?

Are you taking cialis daily, or just on the day of sex? And what dosages? are you combining it with sildenafil? Curious how everyone takes it differently

I have taken Cialis, 5mg, on a daily basis for over two years. Not simply for the foundational erectile support it provides, but for many other reasons that research has shown it to be valuable for (bph, blood pressure, anti-inflammatory).

5mg a day as well since end of July? I think. Mainly for very slight bph but the side effects are good as well..

5 mg per day for reasons coastwatcher mentioned. If I am planning sex, I add 50 sildenafil. If sex is unplanned, I'm still ready to go.

I dont get the planned response for 5mg/D other than the back pain so I use 10mg in the AM when it's date night and then followup with a 50 Viagra later. The combination is rather potent. More important though is using them correctly and with Viagra using it on an empty stomach is best, using it correctly and preplanning things goes along way to making the drugs more effective.

I wondered about the double dose (40mg) . Sounds like it works for you

I personally think there's nothing wrong with double dosing tadalafil or sildenafil, as long as your blood pressure doesn't get too low. The half-life of tadalafil is 17.5 hours, to get all of it out of body you can't, use it for 3 1/2 days. Which occasionally like to do, just to make sure everything is working good without it.

And no heartburn issues? Having to once fight through a nasty GERD issue where I found I could not tolerate any PPIs, the heartburn side effect scares me.

No, never had heartburn. I did work through the backaches that accompany the first days of therapy, maybe a week and a half. Since then, no problem.

As mentioned there are other systemic benefits of taking it daily. If you slowly titrate up the daily dose to what works for you, your body should acclimate itself to the higher NO levels and the side effects will subside. At least that was the case with me. I use to get all the worst side effects from occasional use, to the point I really couldn't stand it. So I went to a low dose daily and gradually after about 2-4 weeks or so the side effects all started to fade.
