Diabetes is caused by years over consuming more energy than the body can burn . Whether that is from fat , carbs , protein, it doesn’t matter . Once the body passes its fat storage threshold, you get diabetes .
There is no doubt being overweight puts anyone at increased risk of getting diabetes, but there is a little more to it, like genetics, hormones, and more. We've probably all seen relatively thin people who still developed type 2 diabetes. Type 1 diabetes is an autoimmune disease. Symptoms & Causes of Diabetes - NIDDK.

How does it reverse endothelial dysfunction. Like what type of damage is it reversing and does it get damaged again if you come off?

As I understand it, the increase in nitric oxide effects maintenance and repair of endothelium. There is a complex mechanism within that vasculature. Much more to it beyond PDe5 inhibitors though.

Some stuff here might put it in perspective:

I have no affiliation with that the company.

My doctor increased my Cialis dose to 5mg yesterday. I don’t think I felt much of a difference last night, but today I’ve been having random and *very hard* erections all day long!!!!!! It reminds me of high a school. :)

I guess doing just one dose per day is going to work fine for me!

It took me around 24 days for Cialis to really kick in and get the full effect. Cialis works better over time.

Since I was already on 2.5mg, that could be why the 5mg kicked in so quickly.

Man, if it takes a few weeks for full effect, then I guess I have a lot of good things to look forward to!

Thank you everyone here for your advice. Much appreciated!

I wonder if taking Cialis and Viagra would be just as effective as their products. Eating healthy and training included.

No supplement can match the targeted, effectively engineered pharmaceutical. Eating healthy and training, if meticulously done, could have more effect than supplements if you are younger (<50). Then, it depends on your adaptability to Cialis and Viagra. For me Cialis is effective, Viagra is like a sugar pill to me.

Quick update on my dosage. I experimented with breaking the 5mg tab in half and taking half in the morning and half at night. Tried it for 3 days. Didn't see a difference compared to taking just one whole tablet at night. Both worked amazingly well!!

good info on daily cialis. and yes, 2x a day is complete nonsense
i'm personally back and forth on this. i have 0 ED, but understand that it has a lot of other benefits (and the small bump in erection isn't bad).
for me personally 2.5mg is all I need. guy in the vid says that daily cialis is 1.6x its mg weight in terms of blood plasma distro half life.
above 2.5 i get unpleasant s/x - back/sciatic pain, stuffed sinuses unfortunetaly
he also mentioned that avanafil doesn't have those s/x, but apart from price, its half life is only 4-6h

What about side effects? I am expecting less side effects if u take it 2 times rather than single dose of 5mg.

I never had any side effects from either dose.

Unfortunately though it has not been working as well in the last month or so. It’s still easy to get hard but I’m not staying hard, sometimes getting flaccid in the middle of doing it. Not sure if it’s loosing its effect or if it’s related to my diabetes been less well controlled lately with more sugar spikes.

Same here. I take 5mg morning and 5mg evening. I recently switched care providers to Defy. The Doc stated that may be a symptom of low or lower E2. He suggested I increase TC dose or switch from EOD to twice per week so I have more E2 peaks. I only had this meeting this week so I'll see if it works. I also use cock rings, they help keep it up.

My E2 also has been on the low end. I might have overdone it with arinidex, being afraid of gyno. I guess I didn’t realize low E would affect erections.

On a separate note, I tried viagra 100mg on two occasions, and avanafil 40mg. Like someone else mentioned, they were both like sugar pills to me as well!! No idea why.
