CoQ10 is known to inhibit platelet aggregation, but also has been shown to decrease the anticoagulant effects of coumadin (Warfarin), probably via differences in the clotting mechanism. Seems a bit conflicting.

If you need blood thinners, it's not recommended that you use Co Q-10. But for someone not on blood thinners, Coq10 has many health benefits.

This is true for anticoagulants that work by blocking Vitamin K (i.e. Coumadin), but not the case with the newer ones:

I take q10 most for brain health and of course some cardiovascular, what about aspirin? would coq10 block the thinning action of aspirin as well? I was told from doc to take apirin till I donate cause my hematocrit is up at 51.1

No, Coq10 does not block the blood thinning of aspirin or fish oil.
