Coconut oil and Macros

recently i started coconut oil as it is "touted" for alot of great health benefits esp associated increasing fatiuge. I am working my way up to 3 Tablespoons a day. what i have noticed is i am hitting my fat macros much much quicker now, oddly they say coconut oil helps you to lose weight, but will it work if i am going over on my macros? i am currently at 40p, 30f, 30 carbs.. trying to lose a little weight and hoping to get more energy and wellness.

I would love to have her arms~! thanks Vince! i will try it after i run out of this quart of tropical traditions coconut oil i recently got. it is pure and hand processed!
 
i guess i have to ask, when someone increases their calorie intake with these MCTs and aren't able to workout like an "athlete" but do the best htey can, because of the calorie increase i am suspecting they still put on fat or unwanted weight ?
