recently i started coconut oil as it is "touted" for alot of great health benefits esp associated increasing fatiuge. I am working my way up to 3 Tablespoons a day. what i have noticed is i am hitting my fat macros much much quicker now, oddly they say coconut oil helps you to lose weight, but will it work if i am going over on my macros? i am currently at 40p, 30f, 30 carbs.. trying to lose a little weight and hoping to get more energy and wellness.
