Cialis use - Daily vs. higher dose effectivness?

Can taking a single 2.5 or 5mg tadalafil help with ED or do they need to be taken over several days for maximum effectiveness.

I have been taking 2 2.5mg pills early evening before sex and have a solid erection but it fades about 10 to 15 minutes into intercourse. Next morning rock solid morning wood.

Was wondering if I needed to increase the dosage say 10mg or should I take these daily all the time. Just not sure what to expect but seems like I am dealing with some kind of venous leakage or something.

Thanks guys, some times it sucks getting old. :( a year and half ago everything was working perfectly.

Vince, what did you increase your daily dose too? I have been taking them haphazardly and on no schedule. Do you think daily is better? It's strange. Erection is very solid and just fades. Then I lose sensitivity. Last night I did manage to go at it for about 45 minutes then no climax for me. :(

Every morning I take a 20mg dose and sometimes I will also add in a 100mg Viagra. When it's time to give my girlfriend a little extra.

OK,
I will give it a go. I will try the 10mg (5mg twice a day for a week or two once I get some compounded 10mg pills) If that does not cut it I will move up on the dosage.

Thanks Gene,
I did look through it. :) That is a lot of stuff to take each day though! I don't do well on too many supplements. My stomach can't seem to handle it too well. But I will certainly see if I can give it a try for a while.

Seems kind of high. Any side effects? Also, which online pharmacy are you using? I'm having problems getting consistent results from online pharmacies with cialis. Nothing like the 4 pills per month my insurance covered, which was no where enough for a month. I'm waiting on some generic cialis from safemeds4all.com.

When I originally started Cialis I had back pain and some heartburn but both has subsided. I do occasionally use Rolaids. I've had success with a number of online pharmacies all recommended by ExcelMale members.

I seem to be finding that the dosage depends on which generic I am using. Vince, have you found that you need more at times? Generic is cheap enough, so I don't mind. What's your experience with this? Do you sometimes need a higher dose? It seems that way from me.

Cialis seems to have a delayed effect I seem to notice it's no good for me atleast 8hrs in contrast with Viagra when as on an empty stomach I'm ready to go within a half hour @ 50mg. I have a much better experience with Viagra anyway, but needing to time it with expected activity and around a meal is my only complaint with Viagra.

This is very similar to my experience. I find that the generic works this way. With the actual, real medication, I never have a problem. I'm usually good to go within an hour. I find that the generic takes a lot longer, and I need a little more. I'm looking for the right Overseas pharmacy.

So it seems that 7.5mg is good for me. Especially the next morning.

My problem with all of these drugs seems to be some side effects. Some muscle pain/joint pain and this morning I feel "hung over". Hopefully it will subside.

Give reliable RX a try, I really like their Pharmacy. https://www.reliablerxpharmacy.com/

I received a shipment yesterday from safemeds4all.com. The generic Cialis works great, but I got heartburn for the first time. I never get this from the brand name Cialis, is this because of the fillers in the generic? I'm glad I read it here, because I would not have known what was going on otherwise.

I'm thinking of trying Vince's Cialis/Viagra combo at some point to give my wife "a little extra" at some point. I just don't want a little extra heartburn!
