Big doses of HCG periodically vs small doses few times per week

My doc wants me to take bigger doses of HCG periodically during planned TRT, but what I have read on this forum it's much better to take smaller doses few times per week, how to convince him to it? Secondly, he preffer sustanon once once per 3 weeks for younger guys like me, than enanthate, I'd rather take enanthate but I am affraid that he will prescribe me sustanon, please give me any suggestions how to talk with him.
