Anyone got anything on Disapline Procrastination for Students Home Studying?

Hi guys I am Home studying Comptia A + but I find myself at days putting the studying off procrastinating I have anxiety and depression but anxiety is the main problem from Complex Ptsd I have been hooked on clonazepam 1mg x4 a day since 2015 I can't seem to function until I have taken them. They seem to only last 3 to 4 hours until the next dose antidepressants make me worse I think I've tried them all the only thing that's helped a bit is testosterone but because of baby planning and I've gone from servere oligozoospermia to azoospermia and on both hcg and menopor injections for that testosterone is a no its like I'm facing anhedonia lack of enjoyment from things I used to enjoy I would be sticking my hand inside a pc trouble shooting it but now feels like nothing
