Azoospermia on both hcg and hmg feeling really depressed

I have been taking 2000iu x3 a week injections since 27th January for primary hypogonadism back in 2021 I done a semen analysis it said servere oligozoospermia despite the big dose of hcg the semen analysis I done on the 27th April said azoospermia so the endocrinologist has added menopur 225iu x2 on top of the hcg 2 weeks ago I don't feel enything I feel unmotivated and feelings of anhedonia hobbies lack of enjoyment from ect and I just feel like the consultant is just giving me false hope because having anxiety disorder you Google everything and everywhere it says hcg hmg injections doesn't help non obstructive azoospermia if you have primary hypogonadism I've seen posts and replies to me saying that they are on the same treatment for azoospermia and primary hypogonadism and a kid on the way but I dunno
