am worried if II up my androgel my prolactin will continue to rise.

My t level is 320. Prolactin went up from 13 to 18 after a few months on hcg. I'd like my t level higher, in the mid 500's but am worried if I up my androgel my prolactin will continue to rise. Am really scared of gyno. Any thoughts? Thx.
