After failing with clomid, is it safe to say I'm primary? What would be the next step since clomid didn't work? Go back on injections?

I cannot make a diagnosis or recommend a course for treatment outside of a consultation for full evaluation and assessment of your case. However, generally speaking, with a relatively poor testicular response to clomid despite high LH/FSH - this would put one more on the primary end of the hypogonadal spectrum.
