    I tried Keto as well and my cholesterol shot way up from 200 total to 312! Most people can handle the high fat/no carbs diet, but some of us not so much. I would say you are in my camp. My cholesterol went back down with lower fat/moderate carbs.

    I would add that guys (like me) with very low SHBG, the T is in-and-out quick. When I was on 160 mg per week, in 2 shots per week, my total T was 425. I went to every day and total went up to 931. Kinda a big difference.

    OK, it has been about 3 weeks, and for the first time in one year my tennis elbow pain is gone! Might be a bit premature but after it hurting even when I brush my teeth to no pain, I gotta wonder if this supplement is starting to work. Will keep you posted
