Hi guys,

Bit of context, I’m a 28-year-old male. I started TRT because of brain fog and wanting better muscle gains. When I first started Test Cypionate at 100 mg per week divided into 3 injections, I felt great for the first few weeks. But then I developed insomnia, bloating, and ED.

I lowered my dose to 50 mg every 5 days, and now I can actually sleep — my sleep has been great for the past month. But I still have no libido and persistent ED, and I can’t maintain an erection at all.

Do you think the issue is high estrogen or high free testosterone? I haven't really introduce AI to my trt yet. I'm keen to dial in just on testosterone itself with frequency and dosage

I appreciate all your comments.

Before TRT no ED and normal libido?

Brain fog gone with Estradiol and Prolactin now at higher end?

With your high FT you could further reduce the dose, and split your dose to 3x/week.

Yes. No ED at all, libido quite high, sex is like 3-4 times a week.
Brain fog got worse if I increase dose from 70 to 80+
I might try to reduce from 70 to 65 see how it goes. Then I can 3x/week to optimize.

Brain fog was my only issue before starting trt. For me to feel good I need levels of free Testosterone. I know that goes against what most member say, but that's what I need.

Why would you start TRT at 28 years old? Sounds like you were doing just fine. Everyone has brain fog. It's part of the human condition.

Maybe best to stop the trt experiment. Imho the bit more T YOU get from trt is unlikely to make a significant difference in muscle gain.
Brain fog can have many causes...
