Is it time for TRT?

Hello all. 36 years old. Just received my bloods today and as expected low levels all across the board. I had a test 3 years ago which also showed my testosterone levels at 10.9.

I have had a few symptoms for the past few years but always just put it down to working shifts and getting older lol.

I did this test at 11.30am and had a small breakfast bar around 3 hours prior, nothing 12 hrs prior to that.

Suffering with major fatigue, brain fog, short term memory is quite bad at times, struggling to gain muscle like i used to, and a major one for me is a lot of problems with joints/bones in my knees & ankles although not sure if this is correlated to low test.

I see my LH & FSH is also low and me and my wife are trying for our second child from next month, would their be any problems here? Worth mentioning that we had our first child 16 months ago and she fell pregnant on our first attempt.

Right now I am thinking to try for our second child and then possibly look to start TRT. Or is it worth attempting to bring levels up via HCG, Clomid, Tamox etc first?

I had done multiple cycles in my young/mid 20’s but always did an extensive PCT. Maybe this is the result of that.

Thank you for your help.
