Hey guys, i dont know if someone of them speak spanish but i want to share and discuss what this spaniard endocrinologist says:

Basically he is saying no matter how your testosterone levels are, he has observed lot of cases that indicates him that there is not a clear link between testosterone levels with strenght, erections and libid.

What are you thoughs?

It's pretty clear that higher testosterone combined with adequate resistance training and diet yields muscle hypertrophy and greater strength. For erections and libido the research suggests there's more of a threshold effect; a minimum amount of testosterone is necessary, but not sufficient for erections and libido. This threshold level is actually pretty low, somewhere around 300-400 ng/dL as I recall. Higher levels were not found to yield further improvements.

Before I started TRT I tried supplementing with DHEA which converted my testosterone into estrogen. That was the only time in my life that I had some Ed issues. So for me if my testosterone gets too low, it will cause some issues.

This study talks about 600mg of test, totally opposite compared to a truly trt. The endocrinologist meanst, into the physiological range, there are no big differences

There’s a huge contrast between your earlier statement of

“Basically he is saying no matter how your testosterone levels are, he has observed lot of cases that indicates him that there is not a clear link between testosterone levels with strenght, erections and libid.”

And what you’re saying above which is

“No big differences within the physiological ranges”.

But even with your 2nd statement, I’d say that isn’t true. Of course, it would come down to what you mean by “big”. Testosterone helps build muscle, that is a clear fact. So with that being the case there is a difference between someone with a level of 200 compared to 900. This particularly true for someone on trt who would maintain those higher levels pretty much 24/7 compared to someone who sees their levels steadily drop throughout the day.

Same with libido. Sure there are many factors that come into play, but testosterone level is one of those factors.

Disclaimer - I can’t speak Spanish so I’m just going by what you’re relaying from the video. I don’t know what his actual claims are.

it would be interesting if someone can Watch it. I agree with you, because when ive increased my levels even in range i feel better, specially in strenght and muscle. But im now in the middñe
Of range ( after 20hours of my daily 20mgsuq) but my free test levels are on top

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
