Ibutamoren increases cortisol and extracellular water, two factors that can help improve tendonitis.
I had similar effects - gained 7-10 lbs, more smooth looking but stronger. I have since switched to a 2 or 3 day per week schedule for recovery/ healing from tough workouts and for sleep. My weight and appetite seem to stay more stable this way and I still get some benefits.
It would give the same results. I am taking 12.5 mg now two days on one day off. If I switch to 25 mg I would definitely go once every other day or possibly once every three days and assess from there. Sleep and tendon relief can definitely be achieved with the lower dose and / or an infrequent dosing scheduleHow would you say taking 25mg EOD would compare with taking 12.5mg daily?
My primary goals would be improved sleep and tendon pain relief.
Also, thanks for the great information you provided in this thread.
