Thoughts on supplementing Pregnenolone and DHEA?

I've just been taking 20mg every morning. I feel good. Like my words flow better. More productive at work.

Pregn. did improve my sleep a bit. 30mg at night. i will drop it down to 10 or 20.

pills. switched to pure-encap brand for both dhea/pregn now.
this is the one supplement you need to buy a trusted brand.
i am also reading that you need to taper it down slowly when down-dosing.

I was low on Pregnenolone so doctor had me on 50mg ED. Didn't bring anything up but my e2 and my wife noticed I had a strange odor for those 6 weeks. Stopped taking it and the odor went away, really weird.

[Fortunate]

DHEA for sure makes me sleep a lot harder than normal. I think it also depresses my mood a bit. I take it on occasion if I feel like I need a solid sleep.

Have not tried pregnenolone, but am interested in it. Would love to hear more about others’ experience with it.
