Hey guys. Just had some bloodwork done and Im wondering about my numbers, specifically Preg & DHEA. Both "in range" but I think I should try to bump them up.

Pregnenolone 59ng/dl (was 11, before supplementation) (Life Extension recommends 180ng/dL for men) Currently taking 100mg Life Extension Preg, mornings

DHEA 270 (was 158 before supplementation) Currently taking 25mg Life Extension DHEA, before bed.
DHEA reference ranges seem to vary. LE recommends 400-500 for adult male, while LabCorp says Adult Male 51-60 <298

I could add 50mg of preg daily, and another 25mg DHEA (one morning & one night). I feel pretty good already, just wondering if I could feel even better. I've read about liver issues with higher doses, liver values in the 20's so far.

Im 5'10, late 50's and a pretty solid 220lbs. Current protocol is .5 test 2x week, 400iu HCG 2x week and .25 anastrozole 2x week.

Thank you in advance for any thoughts or suggestions.
