How Fast Can you Feel Scrotal Cream?

For those guys that have tried it, can it be felt from the first dose? I don't mean you'll be stabilized after just one dose but can you feel something?

You can feel it from the first dose.
Some people (particularly Rouzier) claim that any effect felt pre- the four to six week mark is entirely placebo and/or nocebo, primarily under the assumption that insufficient time has passed to alter androgen-dependant gene expression; however, a significant proportion of a hormones action is non-genomic, and often independent of it's receptor.
