Would nasal trt be right for me?

Quick rundown of what ive tried.

Worked with defy medical a few times. Everything has been perfect with my bloodwork but I become mentally flat on trt even with hcg. Hcg may help slightly but it makes me gain 10lbs of water weight in my face even with insanely low e2 (crashed my e2 for testing purposes). So hcg is out if the question.

Tried variation of injections schedules and esters, nothing ever is promising. Maybe feeling slightly better when I introduce some variation but only lasts a few weeks.

When I tried cream I came close to feeling best very briefly but the absorption was always hit or miss. Think one of my bloodwork's was like under 100 for total test on cream.

I see that defy store has the nasal pens for trt & from what I've gathered from here is your body doesn't down shut down its natural production on it somehow. (Please correct me if I’m wrong bc in very confused on why the your body would shutdown on cream but not nasal gel?)

So if I ran into the same issues of absorption that I had with the cream then it would be fine bc natural production would still be in place correct?
