Natesto vs Empower Nasal Gel Price etc

I started Natesto 2x daily 5 months ago with positive results. My insurance denied coverage for Natesto so I have been using the Natesto cash discount program for $140 for a months prescription. When I went to refill this last time the discount card was maxed out.
After talking with Natesto I figured out that Natesto changed their discount program so for the rest of the year my refill would cost $800-1000 month.
Which is why I am looking at trying Empower Pharmacy's Nasal Gel.

Natesto Cash price:
$140 month 3 nasal Pens 5mg/3ml 4x months
$800-1000 month for 8x months
(Max $3500 discount then full price for remainder of year)

Empower Pharmacy:
$84 + Shipping 3 Nasal pens 5mg/3ml
$100 + Shipping 3 Nasal pens 10mg/3ml



Walgreens was also the only Pharmacy that could get Natesto in my region. But I've read others have been able to get it cheaper with a pharmacy discount card but I haven't had any luck
