When to do DHT and SHBG bloodwork?

When to check DHT and SHBG ? I am on a weekly IM TRT. I know, that T and E need to be checked before making the shot. What about DHT and SHBG?

Also, I will take Free T and Total T. Does taking SHBG makes sense?

Draw all blood at the same time - just prior to your injection. SHBG is an important value; I presume you've measured it in the past, was it high, low, or sitting mid-range?

I measured SHBG 10 years ago, cannot find the paper...all I remember, it was within the "normal" range.
Does it change much over years?

ya you need to pull it again, a number from 10 years is worthless.
