Preservatives like BA or chlorobutanol prevent microbial growth in multi-dose vials.
Your testosterone 17β-cyclopentylpropionate or TC comes in single-use glass ampoules (2 ml each), which are sterile-sealed and intended for immediate one-time injection.
They do not need a preservative.
From my understanding they have never used one.
If you look through the public databases and check the inserts/leaflets from 2020-2025 they do not list any preservative.

Composition of Testex Prolongatum
The active ingredient is
testosterone cyclopentylpropionate. One ampoule contains 250 mg of testosterone cyclopentylpropionate (corresponding to 174.8 mg of testosterone) in 2 ml of solution.
The other components (excipients) are: ethyl oleate and olive oil.”
