Weird reaction on TRT

I’ve been on TRT 150 mg for about 7 months now. Once I got on it my neck turned red(like a sunburn) along with my chest and under eyes. I also developed eye bags that at one point got super swollen. I’ve had my hormones tested multiple times. (My estrogen was the only thing high, but starting an AI and getting that in range did nothing) switched carrier oils and brands and esters. (Started on test c now I’m on p) Pretty much the only thing that makes the redness go down are anti inflammatory creams like hydrocortisone. All the dermatologists just tell me to get off the test and the hrt docs are trying to help me out and are suggesting a compounding pharmacy because it may be the bb or ba in the test that I am allergic to. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Really would love to figure this out. Thanks everyone.

If that's the case, and it's certainly possible, a compounding pharmacy probably isn't the answer. The cleanest injectable formula you can buy in a multi-use vial with the least excipients by mass and by volume is delatestryl and it's generic Hikma testosterone enanthate. You can find it at any regular pharmacy.

If you need something with zero excipients, you can look at Xyosted, topical formulas (scrotal cream, androgel), and oral formulations, including testosterone undecanoate products like Jatenzo and the native testosterone oral TRT from Maximus.

My neck used to be red on TRT until I stopped my iron supplements, which my doctor mistakenly told me I needed. Excess iron can cause inflammation, something I'm currently dealing with right now as I only stopped the iron supplements less than a week ago.

My sinuses are going haywire, one second nasal cavities are stuffed up, minutes later it clears up, then back to stuffy again.

I also experienced a redness chest, face, forehead and arms. The neck redness is almost completely gone.

What is your ferritin, hematocrit and hemoglobin?

Estrogen always gets blamed everything when things don't go smoothly on TRT, more often than not, it's not the estrogen causing problems.
