Very Low E2 !!!

Is tendon pain a sign of low e2? Hmm I will be interested to see what my e2 is when labcorp fixes their machine. My bicep tendon and knuckles have been bothering me these past couple months.

Tendon pain could be part of the healing process.

I've had tendon pain since I started lifting weights, I must constantly remind myself that my joints are still healing, however my muscles are recovering at a much faster rate and I must wait for my tendons to catch up before doing any heavy lifting.

I appreciate everyone's feedback/input.

Let's assume all things being equal,(just humor me)what would be the likely cause for low E2 with no inhibitors taken for high E2???
Testosterone not being high enough, E follows T. I need nice levels of testosterone to get good levels of estrogen.

Here's a copy of my old testosterone and estrogen levels. For good estrogen levels I needed higher testosterone.

Testosterone, Serum 534 348-1197

Estradiol <5.1 7.6-42.6

I did have the wrong estradiol test that. It was the Roche ECLIA methodology test that usually show higher levels then the sensitivity test.

My levels now.

Testosterone serum 1117 ng/dL range 264 - 916
Free T 30.3 pg/mL range 6.6 - 18.1
DHEA - Sulfate 347.3 range 48.9 - 344.2
Estradiol, Sensitive 29.5 range 8.0 - 35.0
SHBG 48.8 range 19.3 - 76.4
HCT 47.9 range 37.5 - 51.0

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
