Try, fertility crossroads

2 years back I was prescribed a testosterone gel in UK for my low t levels of 6.2 at the age of 38

I am now 40 and kinda regretting the decision. It appears they think it's secondary hypogonadism but had no final say and now exloping the possibility of children.....

I had sperm test done which shows no viable sperm. They said come off t and retest.

I have never had kids and never got anyone pregnant so assuming it's an issue before T

Could it be the secondary hypogonadism not producing enough FSH?

My main question / concerns are....

Should I come off and do a pct to see if my own production kicks in?

Should I use clomid?

Should I use HCG?

I miss my big balls!

Anyone else been through this, if so please stick your opinions and help on here as UK NHS do not really help too much

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
