TRT doctor south east Michigan

Hello, New to the forum. I am looking for a pcp in southeast Michigan that deals with TRT and accepts bluecarenetwork. My last test was 301 prior was 219 wish I knew how to bump it another 80 maybe I would feel better,lol! Anyhow, my current doc gave me the patch then switched to gel, but I felt like crap using the gel. Patch worked great until the glue gave me skin issues. So I just stopped and slowly came back to the same low level. Was looking into Defy or Dr Crisler but insurance wont cover any of it since they are not on their provider list. Anyway looking for a Doc who is a little more up to date on the practice who accepts insurance, I could swing cost of some of it but not all. Thanks in advance everyone!!
