Timing of HCG

So after talking with my doctor she is ok with dropping test down to 50mg e3.5 days, switching to IM, and getting rid of arimidex. Also starting some liver support to hopefully bring down ALT. She wants me to start taking my hcg the day before my testosterone. So test would be monday morning and thursday night. HCG would be taken on sunday and wednesday. Is this going to help with stability or is it overkill? I would just like to stick with only two days of injections just for the ease of it, but wondered if anybody else here did anything similar with the timing?

HCG use is literally all over the place...you can pretty much dose/frequent it as you like. that's the short answer. 100 people with 99 opinions...quite honestly.

I inject both T and HCG on the same day, every 3 1/2 days. I've always have done it that way.

Yea that is what I have been doing, but she would like me to switch it up to the day before. Have made some improvements since treatment, but still not dialed in so I feel like I should try it out and see if it helps. Wanted to see what the general consensus was around here.

You may have seen Nelson's video, injecting shallow IM in shoulder. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0uXoBb6mkys This is the method I use, but now I use two syringes, one for HCG and one for T. I feel the right amount of HCG for me is 500iu twice a week.

I believe Dr. Crissler is also a fan of injecting hCG the day before Test injections.

I take 500iu every 3.5 days at the same time as the T. Seems to be working I guess. I feel really good. I am now using 30 gauge needles for both injections - Sub-q.

I still think injecting HCG with testosterone, works best for me.

That article is undated other than a copyright at the bottom; 2004. Dr Crisler has moved well beyond that to 100iu daily as late as 2016 I believe.

Just curious the rationale of why before?

The thought is/was that you would stimulate the testes and enjoy (however little) some endo T as you approached your Cypionate trough.
