Question on HCG timing w twice weekly injects

I take 80mg of test cyp e3.5 days (Mon morning and Thurs afternoon) = 160mg per week. I USED to take 250iu of HCG once weekly Subq Wednesday morning. I have been for some time doing Nelson's method of 250iu with my injections IM so now twice weekly in the same syringe as the testosterone. I had recent labs done and my trough total test was 773ng/dl. When doing it the old way (injecting HCG once per week 24 hours before my trough) my total test would come back at 900-950ng/dl at the same dose. I'm wondering if by injecting HCG the same day as my test cyp that I'm peaking even higher and troughing even lower? Is this possible? This was my doctor's explanation but who knows. I feel fine, I have no acne and I'm stable in terms of libido, sleep energy etc. Any thoughts?
