Thinking of switching from thigh to shoulder injections, a couple questions

I’m injecting into the thigh with a 1 1/2 needle currently but am thinking of switching to the shoulder With insulin syringe.

I don’t workout so my arms are average, would a 1/2“ or 5/8” be long enough to get into the muscle?

What is the best gauge considering the viscosity of TC?

Lastly, Do you asperate when injecting in the shoulder?

Thanks All

Length you mentioned should be fine unless you have heavy layer of fat. I ise easy touch 1/2” by 29 ga. I inject .12 mg so .07 ml. Tales about 30 seconds to draw up. I do not aspirate at all

I also started out TRT on the wrong needle size, more like harpoon. I use 29G Easy Tough syringes with no dead space design so I don't waste test and run out before my refill.

It does take longer to load, but I feel nothing. I inject in quads and deltoids.

X2 on what @Systemlord said above.

I do shallow IM into thigh EOD with 28g Easy Touch Insulin Syringes. No waste and pain free. The only issue I've had with Easy Touch is finding them in stock from time to time. That's especially true right now with Coronavirus running rampant.

So no issue hitting the muscle in the shoulder of someone who is not leaned out and a gym rat with a 1/2 needle?

Yes I would have inject in the shoulders, even if you have a layer of fat.

My favorite place to inject.

Best testosterone injection site, no aspiration needed, avoids all nerves

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
