Welcome to Excelmale.com - we're glad you're here. You referenced lab results, but didn't mention the most important variable, how you're feeling. Has Androgel made a difference in your life/health? If so, why change? If not, can you provide more information?

Yes, agree with Vince. If you are high, test again to eliminate test error. if still high, maybe go to one sachet a day.

More important is how you feel. Does this protocol having you feeling good?

Hello again.
My doctor thought my level of 50 was well over the ref range, even though i dident have any side effects like hematocrit problems, which i elimenated by giving blood every three months.
I felt good at this range, i was also on hcg 500iu three times per week, which preserved my fertility,
so i was just wondering if i should go back on nebido+hcg with these meds,i was around 600 total test.
I guess the urologist thought 50 was maybe too much. I took two blood tests and they cam up the same at 50. i reduced the gel to one a day, then i felt not so great after a week on this, my libido was also negatively effected.
