Testosterone vial and sunlight

I have a bottle of test cyp sitting on my shelf in my room in case I ever decide to start TRT in the future. The expiration date is 2021. However I heard if the vial is exposed to sunlight it could damage the testosterone in the vial. Is that true if the testoserone vial was sitting on your shelf in your room and being exposed to sunlight through the window?

what I know is even regular light can damage it,you need to store it in your drawers, dark places away from light.

It celarly means don't put it outside in full sun every day, not some light streaming through a window.
