testosterone and deca cycle

I am wondering if anyone can help.

I am currently taking Tostran 2% gel 60mg a day prescribed by my doctor (TRT) I am planning to go on Deca to aid my training I am wanting to bulk.

Can anyone advise on the dosage I need to take per week of Deca given the above would it be best split in to two injections per week or just the one also would taking Nolvadex on cycle help if so how much

I am 54 years of age and been training for 5 years I have a good training program and a a good clean diet
