Need your advice.

I'm 53 6 180, healthy HIV+ for 30 yrs. Working out 4 times a week for the last year. Started TRT 7 month ago. Using Testo cream 5%. Was in the normal lower range and had good response. Overall feeling much better, lost abdominal fat, better libido etc.
Also taken antidepressants SSRI for over 10 yrs and planning to slowly stop. Have now decided to start a 12 weeks Power Cycle to kick start some lbm. Testo, Deca + 5iu HGH. Do i need to use HCG during the cycle to prevent my testicular from shrinking or would it be better to just taking HCG after the cycle? Will continue my testo cream afterwards.

Hi,
What a great topic. My doctor prescribed this at 200mg's a week. I haven't started it yet because I read that it causes erectile dysfunction.

Sorry I mixed things up. Been in contact with so many different people lately. Just read Built to Survive and what I really want to do is the Power Cycle. Would it be unwise to add hgh 5ui/day on that cycle to be able to keep as much muscle mass as possible afterwards? Don't want to jeopardize my health in any way.

Best , Eric

It all depends on your blood work. Please get it done and post it here: http://www.excelmale.com/forumdisplay.php?58-Blood-Test-Discussion

Let me know if you need a referral to get blood work done.
GH is OK but can cause joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and irreversible diabetes at higher doses. Your dose is low so I hope you do not have this side effects.

High hematocrit and estradiol are also potential issues.

Thank you Nelson. Have a good MD here in Cape Town and will discuss this with him. What would be essential to check in your opinion.
