35mg Cyp on M/W/F? What day was your blood drawn?

I'd cut back to 30mg...your free T is too high at double the lab range, Estrogen is way too high...a dose reduction could/should help some with the Estrogen.

Sorry 65mg mwf I’ll cut back for sure right under 200 mg total

ya way too much...I'd try 50mg M/W/F and see where your Free T lands. It would be preferable to cut the Cyp dose in hopes of an E reduction, than to use an AI at this point.

I agree with Vince Carter, your testosterone dose is way too high. I would even consider it cutting it lower than 50 mg every other day maybe even down to 40 mg every other day.

Thank y’all i will cut it and hopefully that will take care of e issue. My dr had me one 400 mg/week i cut it down on my own after reading here

I feel like a DHEA shill lately, but it seems like it’s a common theme lately where people have sub par DHEA levels and are not addressing it, possibly due to thinking DHEA isn’t as important as other hormones. But for the body to work properly, and for us to feel optimal, we have to address all hormone deficiencies, not just testosterone. Not addressing a low DHEA would be like knowing your thyroid is completely out of wack, not addressing it, and then asking guys on the forum why you still feel so crappy.

So I would absolutely look into addressing your very low DHEA, on top of lowering your testosterone dose. Your DHEA level might be the lowest I’ve ever seen someone have on this forum.

I’m currently not taking any DHEA, as my levels are luckily still near the top of the range. If I do need to supplement, I’m going to most likely get mine from Empower Pharmacy. I think a few guys here use Douglas Labs though with good success. You can get it off amazon
