Test Cypionate IM vs. SubQ

So I changed docs. The new doc ordered Testosterone Cypionate 200 mg/ml from Perrigo (Contains Benzyl Alcohol) and states for IM use only. I always go SubQ. Can I use this for SubQ use? Any difference?

No difference. You can use IM or SubQ.

I do both I'm and sub q with that product, no problems. I do daily shots so i rotate locations and belly is sub q, the rest are IM

Question 2.. Im doing .3 mL twice per week on Monday and Thursdays. I missed Monday and Tuesday and did .3ML 3pm EST on Weds. (today). How do I get back on schedule? Do another .3 ML on Saturday and then back on the regular schedule Monday?
