Telmisartan and side effects

Hello guys, I was prescribed 40mg of telmisartan from doc and seems since i have been taking it I can feel my heart beats faster and harder. It is making feel anxious. Has anyone run into side effects with telmisartan? Heard alot of good things about the medication and my doc says it won't make my heart race? Thanks for any feedback.

not telmi but losartan, same class. send into massive anxiety/adrenaline rush. stopped and it passed within 2 days (half life).

not yet. i have ironically telmisartan lol, but refuse to take it. it has a longer half life, which means longer hell if i take it
i might try an ACE inhibitor/lisinopril, once i gather enough strength that this too might fuck me lol

Did you ever try just doing 20mg? Wondering if a lower dose would be good? I don't know....my foc said it wouldn't do the things it's doing.

I was on 25mg losartan. I do have 20mg telmisartan. right now i have an anxious period in my life don't want to rock the boat with those pills. could be dose dependent. my BP runs high as well. i am looking into how to lower it naturally. i know a lot of people had success when quitting caffeine. i dont think those pills are good for you

I may just try 20mg again at some point and see what happens. I do also suffer from anxiety.

yeah. i used to do HCG but this gave me....well anxiety. i knew it was hcg cause it mostly resolved when i stopped. as you know there different level of anxiety, but i don't need the 'added' one.
i am currently on 150mg/T cyp. 3x week. i reduced from 200mg. i felt a bit better on 200mg and my blood levels were like 500ng total/20ish free. but i got insomnia etc, so trying to see that if maybe my T was too high.
that anxiety can be awful....i so careful taking any drug or pill at this point.

I gotcha. I have been messing around with norandrolone low dose for joints. I have my testosterone dialed in but dropped it a little because of adding norandrolone. I did blood work on 250mg of test and 100mg of norandrolone. My total is about 1200 and free is 29. I feel better when my free is in its 30s. I have recently dropped norandrolone to 60mg a week was thinking it was doing something to my blood pressure.

That is a really high dose of test and along with nandralone it can make it harder to relax and feel less anxious.
