PDE-5 side effects

Heard good things about the proviron. I'm gonna check that out. Also heard good things about masteron. I'm speaking purely about for libido and erectile function.

The proviron can be taken as needed for sexual performance?
Any luck with the proviron? Specifically interested for sexual performance and ejaculation volume.

Yep it's a problem alright especially if you have a haital hernia. Took pde5s for about 15 years. Pde5 contribute to gerd and barrets if you take them long enough. I take low dose for therapy but have to use caverject for true erections.
How long on Caverject? Better or more effective than Trimix? I'm asking because I'll be seeing my urologist in three weeks. The drawback for me is my wife has to be in the mood and I never know when that's going to be, which is actually, rarely. That's why my interest in PT-141, which I've read has a window of two or three days, though maybe that varies.

I have never had issues with choking during eating but literally after reading this I have been having issues… you ruined it for me
Hahaha, don't think he ruined anything. I ignored the side effects of pde5s for years because I was never told by the GP there was an alternative. After having radio wave treatments for barrets and gerd,I had a serious conversation with a urologists. We talked about all the alternatives. Ved, injections,or prosthesis. VED maybe, for therapy not for sex. Injections work well but are not perfect. No dyspepsi, no nausea, no flushing, no headaiches, they always work for me less costs with trimix. Caverject more costly less risk. For me the best solution. They are a great alternative to pde5s.

I cover all of this here:

Caverjet is sometimes covered by insurance. But it requires a large injection volume (unlike Trimix). It is not as effective since it only has one active ingredient. It is available in Europe (Trimix is not).

Thanks, Nelson.

Proviron is not FDA approved and cannot be prescribed in the US. It's a DHT analog that shuts down HPTA if you are not on TRT. The increased libido is short lived as the body gets used to it.

That's what I thought but I could've been wrong. Thanks, Nelson, for the clarification.

I may need to write a patent for the recipe I've found above for the strongest and longest erection with no side effect :) I don't know if it works for others though.

Hi Guys,
I would like to ask everyone who using the Caverject injection currently.
I would like to get experiences of the effects of this medicine.
Why I asking?
First of all... Basically I don't have ED problem.
More precisely, at this stage of my examinations, it cannot be said that I have erection problems.
I don't have spontaneous erections neither day nor night.
I can get erections, but around 5-8 years ago, I noticed that even an erection that occurs due to physical stimulation does not last. Independently from that the erection caused by masturbation, or by a partner as soon as the stimulation stops, the erection disappears within 1 minute.

But I am a very curious person and I would like to try this medicine.

Well...I know basically how the Caverject works in the first stage.
But...
what's happening after?
I mean for that, once you inject your dose, it will cause erection. Is the erection medium, hard or rock hard?
Normally the hardness of the erection is enough for masturbate, or for sexual intercourse. But what happening after you ejaculate?
That's ok, our penis stay hard for a while. The hardness will change or stay same hard? How long does it take?
Normally the glans penis became very sensitive after the ejaculation.
Which prevents us from continuing immediate masturbation or having sex. And also, we are loose the interest for continue. This is the refracter periode. But if your penis stay hard after the ejaculation for a while, what is your feeling? What about this refracter periode in this time? Are you able to get an other ejaculation, or not? If yes how long after the first ejaculation you can continue?
If not, it is because the sensitivity of the glans penis, or it is because the lost interest?

Please help me guys to get more information and please share your experiences.
Thanks.

I would not use Caverject if this is your situation. I would take 5 mg per night of Cialis.

Here are past discussions on Caverject: Google Search

I recall there was a thread where the issue of side effects were discussed. For me, even 5 mg of tadalfil gives me a nasty headache for a day and a half. Never tried sildenafil but I am experimenting with vardenafil that's been in my stash. Whether 5, 10 or 20 mg, I experience a mild headache, nasal congestion and dyspepsia. Do side effects with the aforementioned drugs or this particular drug eventually decrease or even disappear, particularly the headache and dyspepsia? Took 20 mg this morning and after 4 hours, just side effects. I'm aware, too, that all of those drugs call for physical stimulation for them to work. I've read some men claiming the contrary. That's some men, and they might be exceptions. In the clinical trials of Viagra, when it was being researched as a medication for coronary artery disease, men taking it got spontaneous erections. Stop the presses!!! It would be so convenient to take a pill, but not if I'm going to feel lousy for a day. Thanks.
I've been taking Tadalfil for over a year and the only side effect if sinus congestion. I'm tired of having constant sinus congestion. I haven't tried Viagra but a few times and the only side effect was a minor headache. Tolerable and didn't always happen.
