sublingual dhea recommendation

i like how dhea feels but am looking to minimize e2 conversion, so I got some 25mg sublingual to try. tried both swanson and life extension and each did not dissolve even over 30 minutes. does anyone use a sublingual dhea that dissolves readily?

They make higher dosages but I use 5mg when i take it.

When I was using sublingual I always had something that was still there ~15-20 minutes and I'd just spit it out.

I also like Douglas Labs. I take the 25 mg micronized thay dissolves in the mouth. It dissolves within a few minutes.

I really don't think it's necessary to use sublingual DHEA. I use Jarrow brand and have great results

Well today I emptied a 25mg capsule of Best Naturals Micronized Dhea under my tongue and it dissolved in 5 minutes, lol. 70% cheaper than the Douglas Labs micronized sublingual. Looking at the ingredients, the Douglas Labs probably dissolves quickly because it lacks the coating that comes on the Swanson and Life Extension sublinguals mentioned in my first post. Not sure why you want a coating on a sublingual anyway - the amazon reviews of Swanson and Life Extension sublinguals contain many complaints about not dissolving.

Am just wanting to minimize e2 conversion here if possible. Poking around online it seems that transdermal and sublingual have the least e2 effects in anecdotal reports and theory, though I could find no studies that verify it.

When you keep any form of DHEA from the passing thru the liver is a good thing as if it's going to aromatase it will be on first-pass thru of the Liver. When I did sublingual it was just opening a capsule as was done here and as I remember it was positive to my lab tests but ultimately I did not feel good at all on DHEA.
