Hello. I was just informed by my sperm bank that there was a technical issue and my sperm sample may or may not still be viable.The suggested I re-submit and retest/bank a sample. I sent my sample prior to starting TRT approximately 7 1/2 - 8 weeks ago. I've been on hCG 350 IU twice a week since starting.

According to the study by Lipchultz, Preserving fertility in the hypogonadal patient: an update, 500iu eod over three weeks is enough to restore or preserve fertility.
What are your thoughts on my starting 500 IU three times a week today. Repeat my donation at a different company on August 21 vs August 31st/September 1.
Do you think I would have a better chance of having viable sperm if I donate sooner or if I give a full three weeks on the 500 3 times a week protocol?
